If you cancel your moving service at least 7 days before the scheduled move date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled move are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the moving services provided, please contact us within 3 days of the service. We will review your concern and offer either a partial refund, rescheduling, or compensation, depending on the situation.
If our moving team does not show up for the scheduled move without prior notice, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the moving team arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, we will either reschedule or provide compensation in the form of a partial refund.
If any of your belongings are damaged during the move, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the damage and offer either a partial refund or compensation based on the extent of the damage.
